How we deliver
A facility has an order of operations, and we support clients at every stage of it. Join at the beginning with a site and a requirement, or at any later stage with a facility that already exists.
Understand the requirement, assess the site and agree the right level of redundancy before anything is designed.
Produce a complete, coordinated design from concept to construction drawings.
Manage construction and prove, through commissioning, that the facility performs as designed.
Keep the facility available through planned maintenance, monitoring and trained staff.

Topographic and hydrological survey, soil testing, architecture, structure and MEP design for a facility of approximately 800 racks, with 2N electrical distribution and N+1 direct-expansion cooling, designed to Tier III.
All three facilities are designed with 2N electrical distribution: two independent power paths, so that no single component or path failure interrupts the load.
TCDD is the Uptime Institute's Tier Certification of Design Documents. It confirms that the facility's design meets the requirements of the tier.
Our clients are listed on this site and our facilities are described on it, but we do not publish which facility belongs to which client. A facility's capacity and redundancy are part of a client's security posture, and it is their decision whether to make them public. We are glad to provide references directly on request.

We are registered and staffed in Cambodia, and our engineers have worked on data centre projects with international partners and to international standards. Design reviews and site visits happen in the same city as the project.
